Remote Assistance is a service that allows us to diagnose and troubleshoot your computer from a remote connection through the internet. As long as you have a computer that is starting up and has a stable internet connection, we can help you.

This is ideal if you have to sort out a particular issue quickly and without any hassle. Payments can be deposited to our bank account or you can do an online bank transfer upto one week after we troubleshoot your computer. You can also make the payment using a credit card on our site. 

We use Zoho Assist from Zoho Corporation, a company based in India and having offices in 80 countries. We have been using this service since 2020 and is highly secure. Once a remote session is over, we cannot log onto the computer again. We have to generate another code to log back in.

It takes less than 2 minutes to connect to your computer. All you need is to use Google Chrome, Firefox or a browser of your choice to get connected!
